依据山西省住房城乡建设系统行政复议案件近年来呈现的特点,对住房城乡建设行政主体应当注意的问题进行了分析,阐述了推动行政复议工作取得的新成果,以供参考借鉴。     

An inverse solution of the lifetime-oriented design problem

This paper presents a new solution of the lifetime-oriented design problem. This solution is based on a point-to-point allocation between the space of the design parameters and the space of structural responses. Each point in the space of the design parameters defines a feasible or non-feasible design, and all feasible designs guarantee compliance with a predetermined lifetime. From the set of feasible designs, one or more designs may be selected with the aid of technical or economic criteria. The presented solution permits the consideration of non-statistical data uncertainty, thereby leading to an uncertain lifetime. Because of the unavoidable information deficit, for example incomplete data in practical problems, the application of non-statistical data uncertainty is more realistic than the application of stochastic data models. The selection of feasible design variants is based on methods of explorative data analysis.     

高校工程类专业基础力学课程教学改革探索

结合对工程教育专业论证标准的学习和多年工程教学体会,分析了本科高校基础力学课程教学中存在的主要问题,提出应用工程案例构建基础力学课程教学内容体系,应用案例教学法进行力学教学以培养学生的工程应用和技术应用能力。

本文以彼得沃克代表作伯奈特公园设计为案例,就极简主义景观设计风格进行探索,旨在推动我国景观设计的新发展。     

Project competition intensity (PCI) in the construction market: a case study in China

In economic terminology, ‘competition intensity’ can be used to mirror to a certain degree the status of industrial competition in a specific market, while in the construction market, it particularly involves the part of project competition intensity (PCI). Based on a road project in China, two forms of PCI, overt and covert, are identified in this study. To lower project construction cost thus enabling better project tendering performance, clients can facilitate higher levels of overt PCI by tailoring their tendering procedures, whereas, through covert PCI project competitors can adopt anti‐competitive behaviours to attain the expected works. The difference between overt PCI and covert PCI indicates various practitioners' perspectives and impact on the levels of competition intensity in construction. The findings suggest a way to promote PCI studies in the future, and offer new insights into other parts of competition intensity in construction.     

权力关系变迁中武汉都市区簇群式空间的形成机理

随着城市区域化及区域城市化态势的日益显现,一些大城市受到各种条件的影响,在都市区尺度上形成一种簇群状空间形态,武汉表现得较为典型。本文试图从权力关系变迁入手分析武汉簇群式空间的形成机理。地方各级政府间的博弈使外围区政府采用"双城"模式发展,加上在都市区空间各个方向发展较为均等的条件下,各区政府纷纷与资本结盟各自为政发展,使都市区外围空间均衡镶嵌,武汉都市区空间被"簇化"。若武汉内外环境没有较大的变动,武汉簇群式的空间态势仍会继续下去。     

楼梯荷载输入方法分析

楼梯设计是结构设计中一个必不可少的重要部分。设计中常有设计师对楼梯设计荷载取法较为混乱或人云亦云的输入荷载值。更有甚者,只要是梯间,无论什么样的楼梯,对楼梯荷载通通按恒载8.0kN/m2,活载2.0kN/m2。论文通过对典型双跑楼梯、单跑楼梯、剪刀楼梯等的受力进行举例分析比较,总结出通常做法的谬误之处,提出了合适的楼梯荷载输入法,希望对设计师在设计有所帮助。     

PPP项目资本结构选择的国际经验研究

通过文献阅读,从经济合作与发展组织(OECD)等权威机构的成员中,筛选出18个典型PPP项目案例,通过重点分析其资本结构(仅考虑股权结构和债本比例),归纳出不同类型PPP项目的资产特征和能力需求,并进一步总结出股权结构和债本比例选择的国际经验,对我国PPP项目的资本结构选择具有参考价值。     

水平支撑+斜抛撑的深基坑支护案例

以漕河泾开发区新建酒店项目为例,对基坑周边的环境情况与地质条件进行了分析,介绍了采用水平支撑和斜抛撑联合支护的基坑支护方案,对该方案的设计思路进行了阐述,并研究了基坑开挖对环境的影响,得出了一些有意义的结论。
